 Accident Reports: $10.00
 

 

 Incident Reports: $5.00
 

 

 Handgun Permits: $10.00 application fee.  Applicant has to be a Cumberland resident.  First time applicant must fill out one of our application forms.  When applying for a handgun permit, you must bring with you a piece of photo identification (driver's license, state identification card, etc.).  The piece of identification must contain a current photo and a current street address..
