Requirements & Process
| Minimum Requirements: |
| Must be a
United States Citizen. |
| High school education or G.E.D. |
| Must have a valid driver's license. |
| Can not have any felony convictions. |
| Can not have more than three (3) unrelated misdemeanor convictions including traffic misdemeanors.

| Applications Will Be Terminated For The Following Reasons: |
| Any misstatement or omission of required information. |
| Application is incomplete. |
| Any evidence of a felony conviction. |
| Any evidence of dishonesty. |
| Any evidence of current illegal drug activity. |
| Any evidence of more than three misdemeanor convictions including traffic offenses. |
